Engraving bug

Bug description

Changing the offset of the header in the Style dialog changes the gap above the Title/subtitle/contributors frame. Negative vertical offsets for the header increase the gap between the top of the page and the Title frame, and positive offsets decrease the gap.

Additionally, any adjustment to the arrangement of the header (to front, back, etc.) crashes MuseScore.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Create a new MuseScore file or open an old one.
  2. Using the Styles dialog, enable Header Text, Show on first page, and enter the symbol for page numbers on every page ($P).
  3. In Style>Text Styles>Header, adjust the offset of the Header.
