Bug description

As was investigated in other applications (Sibelius, Logic Pro) shortcuts with Cmnd (for macOS) and Ctrl (for Win) should be able for call when input field is focused. It relates to both text and numbers fields.

Steps to reproduce

Precondition:
Cmnd/Ctrl is used at least in one of shortcuts

  1. Open any score
  2. Select a measure with notes
  3. in Properties select Appearance menu
  4. Select any input field from there
  5. Try to call shortcut with Cmnd/Ctrl
