Bug description

Bring up the Timeline (F12). By default, it's small along the bottom of the main panel. Resize vertically larger and it only goes so far. Undock the Timeline and try to resize bigger. It stops at the same height. It should be able to fill the screen.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Bring up the Timeline (F12). By default, it's small along the bottom of the main panel.
  2. Resize vertically larger and it only goes so far.
  3. Undock the Timeline and try to resize bigger. It stops at the same height. It should be able to fill the screen.
