Various muse sound glitches

Bug description

There are a few glitches I found while I was working with muse sounds:

1. Saxophone: transition between C and Eb should be a minor 3rd, it plays a major 2nd
2. Flute: measured 16th note trill is lopsided (regression, worked in older version of muse sounds)
3. Trumpet: forte marcatos are significantly quieter than forte accents (not sure if this is intentional)
4. Clarinet: Hissing sound when going from F to D (mp)
5. Clarinet: D becomes forte before transitioning to G (only G should be forte)
