Description
Describe the bug
The customise toolbar popup does not point to the customise button when the note input toolbar is vertical.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a new score
- Move the note input toolbar to a vertical orientation
- Click on the customise toolbar button
- See the popup pointing to empty space
Expected behavior
Like all other popups in MuseScore, I expect the popup to point to the button which opened it (so the arrow points to the left in this case).
Platform information
- Linux (Slackware 15, Xfce 4.16)

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by creating a score, moving the note input toolbar to a vertical orientation, and opening the customise toolbar popup. Trace the popup and button positioning behavior; done means the popup points to the customise button with its arrow pointing left.
