Describe the bug
Scoops and plops don't play (or the note they are attached to) if they are on measure 1, beat 1
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create score with a scoop or a plop and the first note
- Hear that they aren't played
Expected behavior
They should play
