Description
Describe the bug
Listen to the attached (short) ragtime guitar score in MS3 and MS4. In MS3 you can hear that the timing is strictly regular. However in MS4 there are subtle timing irregularities; a note here and there seems to hang a split second too long. It's subtle, but enough to notice.
Expected behavior
Timing should be exactly on the beat as it was in MS3.
