Description
Describe the bug
If you take a guitar tablature score, you can use "Replace instrument" to chage the instrument to Piano, Bassoon or anything you like. This leads to a problem in the score because (1) Tablature is still being diplayed with a non-stringed instrument. (2) The score properties are not those of a tablature staff. (3) The staff type option has disappeared from the Instruments panel.
The workaround is to select the sole "Standard" template in "Advanced style properties" after the change.
You can confirm this behaviour using the attached file.

Research direction
Open the attached change_instrument_issue.zip in MuseScore and reproduce the issue through the "Replace instrument" workflow on a guitar tablature score. Inspect how the tablature display, score properties, and Instruments panel change after selecting Piano or Bassoon; the expected behavior is not specified, so confirm the intended result before defining done.
