Describe the bug
When MS4 is not fullscreen, the note properties panel is not fully visible and cannot be moved.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Set MS4 to half size of the screen
- Select Note
- Go to properties
- Select Note properties
- Panel not visible and can't be moved
Need repositionning windows to view full panel
Platform information
OS: Windows 10 Version 2009, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.0-223060426, revision: github-musescore-musescore-e8ea5b8
