Description
To me it doesn't feel right and doesn't seem logic
that I can't access the (full) staff properties dialog, which is a wonderful thing(!),
from the new instrument panel.
Instead a pop-up appears:
This is fine for the instrument as a whole, I think,
but not optimal for the staffs inside of an instrument.
