Description

Describe the bug
After new implementation in #12906, Real-time (foot pedal) mode (previously Real-Time (manual)) has some issues:

  1. Metronome is blinking every beat
  2. Sometimes the metronome sound is too short (no rever) and sometime metronome sound disappears

Platform information
macOS, Windows, Linux

Additional context
Doesn't occur in MS3 (because of different implementation)

Research direction

Start by reviewing the real-time foot-pedal implementation introduced in issue #12906 and compare its behavior with the MS3 implementation. Reproduce the mode on the listed platforms, then verify that the metronome no longer blinks and that each beat has consistent sound and reverb without disappearing.
