Describe the bug
Palette Cell attributes' changes do not persist across launches and change back to default values on restarting
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Right click any palette element
- Select properties
- Change anything then click OK
- Close MS4 and restart
- The changes are reverted back to default
Expected behavior
Changes should persist (with maybe a reset to default option added?)
