Description

Bluetooth devices have unique identifiers known as BD_ADDR, these should be added to multiformats and may be useful especially if libp2p adds a bluetooth specific transport. Another thing to consider is the addition of a Mac address identifier.

Research direction

The issue does not name a file or test; begin by locating the multicodec table and reviewing existing identifier entries. Clarify whether BD_ADDR alone or also a MAC address is in scope, then verify that the requested identifier is represented in the table and covered by the repository’s normal checks.
