Description
Summary
This is annoying.
Right now we have to do:
<Box component="form">
<Button type="submit">Submit</Button>
</Box>
Please add a simple:
<Form>
<Button>Submit</Button>
</Form>
No type="submit" needed.
No Box prop hacks.
Cleaner, more semantic, less boilerplate.

Research direction
No source file or test is named. Start by reviewing the existing Box and Button component patterns, then identify where a new Form component would fit and how similar components are tested. Done means the shown Form usage works without a Box component prop or an explicit submit type.
