Description

Steps to reproduce

The issue, reports from WAVE:

This needs to be fixed in https://github.com/react-simple-code-editor/react-simple-code-editor. This is important because it creates noise on the page. It makes it harder for developers to spot and fix these issues, it also diminishes our credibility as crafting high-quality components

Research direction

Start in the react-simple-code-editor repository and reproduce the report on mui.com/material-ui/react-button/ with WAVE. Identify where the missing form label is produced, then verify that the rendered editor has an appropriate accessible label and that the WAVE finding is gone.
