- Hover a list item
- Wait for the list to shuffle
Current behavior 😯
The tooltip stays open even though the anchor is not hovered anymore (the anchor was moved)

Same as in Chrome - the tooltip should close once the anchor is not hovered anymore

I can reproduce the issue using Tooltip both from @mui/material and @mui/joy:

It seems like the mouseleave event is not emitted in Firefox when the order of the elements changes.
