[menu] Searchable `Menu`

## Summary

It would be nice to have a `` component that allows filtering all options inside it.

## Examples in other libraries

I've never seen it in another library, but Linear implements it well:

## Motivation

`Combobox` has an example for putting the input inside the popup, but I'm cautious of mixing that with `Menu` as I'm not fully aware of the a11y implications.
