Description
Row: MODEL-MM-GLM53-FLASH
The campaign spec and transformers glm5_next lane still state that vLLM has no implementation. vllm-project/vllm PR #53906 merged at 98ed0856f31fa3aaf5e27464e2b4ef5a8ee6b2f5 on 2026-09-03. This expires the algorithm exception under its own condition.
Reconcile the campaign and lane records, preserve the historical evidence, and document the source and test surfaces for the next device port. Keep the global parity pin unchanged and model gateability pending until a source build runs the real model.
Spec: .agents/specs/glm5-next-upstream-reconciliation.md
This issue owns documentation reconciliation only. Product implementation remains with the existing campaign issues.
