Description

After deleting an entry and re-adding it I found that it was listed in the collection but didn't appear in search results.

The file was in the assets folder and listed in the Jason database file.

Haven't been able to reproduce it since deleting the entry and re-adding it again.

Research direction

Start by examining the deletion and re-addition flow involving the assets folder and Jason database file, then compare collection listing with search results. Try to reproduce the sequence if possible; done means a re-added entry is consistently discoverable in search.
