Description

Hello, I was operating the mining drill in the mines, and I think it is very effective. However, when I try crouching while mining at the same time, I change modes by accident. Meanwhile, right-clicking with the drill does nothing.

Can you add a setting to the mod to change the control to right click instead of crouch+left click? This way, people like me can change the setting while others don't get the change forced on them.

I also just thought of the drill being able to switch modes not only to the next one, but also the previous one. To accomplish this, it could be possible to e.g. assign the controls sneak+lclick and rclick, and rclick and sneak+rclick for alternate controls setting. Else it is required to spam click to come back 1 mode.

If you can make it (or more preferably add a setting to) switch modes both ways, then you can assign the controls I described for that. Else, consider doing what I said in the 2nd paragraph.

Thank you in advance.

Research direction

Locate the mining drill's mode-switch handling and the mod's control-setting declarations. Clarify whether the accepted change is configurable right-click switching, bidirectional switching, or both; done means the selected controls work without changing existing defaults.
