Description
We need sparse file support, i.e. POSIX 2024 lseek() SEEK_DATA and SEEK_HOLE support.
Cygwin 3.6 already has support for this, so it only needs to be ported to MSYS2

Research direction
Start by locating the MSYS2 lseek() implementation and comparing it with the SEEK_DATA and SEEK_HOLE support added in Cygwin 3.6. Read the linked POSIX and platform references first; the work is done when MSYS2 supports the requested sparse-file behavior and its existing validation covers both seek modes.
