Research direction

Start by reproducing the failure with the “Refresh from brew.sh” button using Brew-browser v0.6.0 and Homebrew v6.0.8, then compare its behavior with the working curl command shown in the issue. Trace the refresh entry point and identify why both an error and an OK message appear; done means refresh completes with the catalog updated and no erroneous error message.
