Description
目前 Page 只能显示 Monitor 的项目，和 Uptime Kuma 一致。
但是咱们既然做到了 3合1 ，那把另外两个功能的一些参数，也支持放置在page，允许公开访问查看。
这样应该可以让综合性更强一点吧 : p
