Description
From a cursory search, it seems there are a number of answered Q/A and since-solved issues that could be closed to help improve issue health. There are also many low-quality issues that could be fixed up/investigated/closed, and some unanswered Q/As that are easy.
Is there a plan to address this? I would be willing to donate my time.
