关于3。的问题，使用的是360极速浏览器最新版，会出现这个问题，经过测试，关掉浏览器设置中的‘【平滑滚动】后刷新，滚动功能就正常了。
测试了百分浏览器 Edge，这两款浏览器没有滚动的问题
