Description
请问能否添加如下功能：
- 频道增加管理员，管理员的名称标红，可以对用户的言论进行删除
- 频道增加分享功能，成员也可以邀请别人，需要管理员同意即可
- 频道增加面板管理员，管理员可以管理面板的事务
- 面板功能增加公告页面，和频道介绍页面
- 审核功能：群主和管理员，可以审核加入的成员
- 频道增加介绍文字
- Tailchat增加频道搜索功能，配合审核功能使用，方便寻找到自己想要的内容
- （用户反馈）能否增加朋友圈功能，朋友之间可以互发动态？
- 能否设置默认插件（即使用Tailchat就需要开启的插件）？
