Description
因为可能是给学校等搭建聊天平台，所以不希望某些同学通过平台传播消极的反动的信息，所以希望能让站长拥有一个管理频道的平台，可以有如下功能：
- 查看所有频道的信息
- 查看所有用户的信息
- 封禁某个频道
- 暂停网站功能，升级维护按钮
- 脏话词汇，屏蔽功能
- 等等等……
