I have added “C35/45NoEG” to library in FEMDeisgn console but the API can’t seem to find it. I am guessing the library is not shared, is the solution to create a new material inside the API? If so, can you give a example?

Is there load group for accidental loads?

Research direction
Start with the linked Discourse discussion and the unchecked items in #1116, especially material-library lookup, accidental load groups, quantity extraction, and API plotting or PDF output. No file or test is named, so first narrow the scope to one question and identify its API entry points; done means the selected workflow is answered end to end.
