✨ Ability to enable "Resize under the cursor" only for middle click

Feature Request Description

I dont know if this was how it was intended to be used , I currently use either the mouse or keyboard to resize. so when this setting is ON it makes resizing using cmd+ tab useless if cursor is left dangling on a application .
The mentioned setting should have a toggle to be working only with m3 mouse button .

Additional Context

By default this is actually good for those who are using both the mouse and keyboard. But for scenarios like when u open an app through spotlight and then use keyboard shortcuts to snap it , this makes it difficult.
