🐞 Loop often fails on AltTab settings window

Bug Description

When using AltTab, using Loop's keyboard shortcuts will sometimes be a no-op. I couldn't reproduce this with Rectangle.

1. Open AltTab's settings window (I launch it using Raycast

Expected vs Actual Behavior

• I use fn-space to center the window. This seems more broken than snapping the window, as it often refuses to work, even when used repeatedly.
• Snapping the window to the left/right will sometimes be a no-op, and this seems to happen more if you alternate between left and right at a fast pace. But if a snap fails, pressing the same shortcut again will usually work.

Start by reproducing the issue with AltTab's settings window open and Loop's keyboard shortcuts, especially fn-space and rapid left/right snapping. Investigate the window-management and shortcut handling entry points, then verify that centering and snapping no longer become no-ops during these interactions.
