Description
Expected behavior of the wanted feature
I'd like to have errors messages from terminal displayed in OSD, since in general I don't launch file with mpv.com

For example, I'd like these red messages to be displayed on OSD for some seconds.
I though it was possible, but re-reading the manual, I found nothing.

Research direction
Start by reading the manual sections on terminal errors and OSD, then inspect the console.lua entry point mentioned in the issue. Determine whether the requested messages can be routed to the OSD or shown temporarily through that entry point; done means terminal error messages appear visibly for a limited time without requiring mpv.com.
