Windows 10 latest shinchiro build

Reproduction steps
  1. Play video file
  2. Click on taskbar icon to minimize window
  3. Click on taskbar icon again to restore window
Expected behavior

Audio and video plays as usual

Actual behavior

Audio plays as usual but video is desynced/offset badly and slow-mo
