Reproduction steps
Require an audio device (e.g. SONY SRS-Z7R) that provides unpacked 16 bit format.

In Audio MIDI setup, set audio format to 16 Bit.

Play a 24 Bit audio with
ao=coreaudio_exclusive
Expected behavior
Play normally
Actual behavior
Failed to play and fall back to another audio device.
