Description
Expected behavior of the wanted feature
When holding the button to go backwards frame-by-frame, which in my case is [<,], MPV should load the previous segments/chunks of the video.
Because as it currently is, for a couple of frames it goes back smoothly, then it starts to take a long while per frame and the fans get very noisy.

Research direction
No source file or test is named in the issue. First reproduce the problem by holding < to step backward through a 4K or 8K video and observe when frame stepping slows and fans become noisy. Done means previous video segments or chunks load as needed so backward frame-by-frame playback remains responsive.
