Reproduction Steps

Issue happens even with --no-config --profile=fast --hwdec=yes

It happens with all media files I try to play

Expected Behavior

No frames dropped

Actual Behavior

Frames are dropped and the warning Audio device underrun detected is printed to the terminal

Start by reading the attached log.txt and reproducing the issue with --no-config --profile=fast --hwdec=yes on Windows. Confirm the same audio underrun warning and dropped frames across the reported media files; done means playback no longer drops frames or prints that warning.
