Reproduction Steps

In response to #15703, I'm also experiencing this problem and have tried all the suggested solutions in github and reddit, but none of them helped. I really hope you can fix the issue. It started to get me annoyed to see this letters uncoordinated like this that I use english subs. It's ridiculous

I carefully read all instruction and confirm that I did the following:

• I tested and confirmed that the issue exists with the latest release version or newer.
• I provided all required information including system and mpv version.
• I produced the log file with the exact same set of files, parameters, and conditions used in "Reproduction Steps", with the addition of --log-file=output.txt.
• I produced the log file while the behaviors described in "Actual Behavior" were actively observed.
• I attached the full, untruncated log file.
• I attached the backtrace in the case of a crash.

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the Arabic subtitle spacing problem on Windows 11 with the attached sample and log, then read the discussion in #15703 for prior investigation. Done means Arabic subtitle glyphs render with correct shaping and spacing without regressing other subtitle text.
