Reproduction Steps
- Use the following config:
vo=gpu
gpu-context=drm
gpu-api=opengl
opengl-es=yes
- Play HEVC 4K60p file
Expected Behavior
- Smooth playback without frame drops
Actual Behavior
- On an FHD monitor: 4K60p HEVC plays fine (no drops)
- On a 4K monitor: frame drops occur with 4K60p HEVC
- Even FHD 60p/30p content drops frames on a 4K monitor
- Appears tied to output resolution: switching to a 4K display triggers drops even with FHD content.
