SDR album art not mapping properly when HDR turned on

Reproduction Steps

1. play a audio file with non hdr cover art
2. the color feels washed out

colors should be proper

• I tested with the latest mpv version to validate that the issue is not already fixed.

• I produced the log file with the exact same set of files, parameters, and conditions used in "Reproduction Steps", with the addition of --log-file=output.txt.
• I produced the log file while the behaviors described in "Actual Behavior" were actively observed.
• I attached the full, untruncated log file.
• I attached the backtrace in the case of a crash.

Start by reviewing output.txt and reproducing the washed-out album-art colors with the same audio file and HDR setting on Windows 10. Compare the mpv and VLC results shown in the report; done means the album art has proper colors when HDR is enabled.
