Reproduction Steps

When playing any video (I've only tried h264 and 265 formats) white horizontal lines appears from time to time.

Expected Behavior

No white horizontal lines.

White horizontal lines. When using a screen-recorder on the machine the issue didn't happen so I had to record using a phone.

• I tested with the latest mpv version to validate that the issue is not already fixed.

• I produced the log file with the exact same set of files, parameters, and conditions used in "Reproduction Steps", with the addition of --log-file=output.txt.
• I produced the log file while the behaviors described in "Actual Behavior" were actively observed.
• I attached the full, untruncated log file.
• I attached the backtrace in the case of a crash.

Start by reviewing the attached output.txt and reproducing playback with mpv 0.40.0 on the reported Arch Linux, AMD, Mesa, and sway setup. Compare behavior with the reported working 0.39.0 version and inspect the playback conditions described in the issue. Done means reproducing the white horizontal lines and verifying that playback no longer shows them.
