Description
Expected behavior of the wanted feature
Hi!
I didn't find an existing issue about this, but if there is one, I apologise!
I'd like to be able to "listen" for screenshots by the user via the JSON IPC, potentially an observe property.
Would this be feasible?
Thanks in advance!!

Research direction
Start by tracing the JSON IPC interface and the screenshot command path; the issue names no files or tests. Determine how an IPC listener could receive a screenshot event and what event data is needed. Done means clients can reliably observe user-taken screenshots through JSON IPC, with coverage for the behavior.
