Ctrl+MBTN_LEFT
Hello! Regarding the 2nd function, the range size of video moving by mouse dragging is not enough and limited by the inner window, is it possible to customize the range size of video moving by dragging and release the inner window limitation of video moving by mouse dragging.
There is also an issue that the process is not smooth and fluid when using the mouse drag-to-pan video.
Issues to be resolved:
Issue 1: Allow users to customize the range size of the drag video movement;
Issue 2: Unlock the internal restrictions on the window for dragging video movement using the mouse;
Issue 3: The process is not smooth and fluid when using mouse drag-to-pan video.
The current effect:

The best effect would be something like the following:
https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/e3fece51-1536-4265-8582-b162481de4c3
The best result should be that the process is very fluid, very smooth and natural when using the mouse drag-to-pan video.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing the existing mouse drag-to-pan behavior with mpv v0.39.0-dev on the reported Windows setup, then trace the current video-drag interaction. Done means Ctrl+left-button dragging supports the requested range without the inner-window restriction and moves the video smoothly.
