Reproduction Steps

Starting from this version of MPV, all my videos stutter on my Lenovo Laptop (8 GB RAM, Intel UHD 620).

1. The problem doesn't occur with my standard assembled PC from 2016 (32 GB RAM, Geforce GTX 970)
2. When I rollback to any previous version before september 24 of 2023, everything works fine again on the mentionned laptop

Expected Behavior

Video should play normally, without stuttering, as it always did in previous versions

I carefully read all instruction and confirm that I did the following:

• I tested with the latest mpv version to validate that the issue is not already fixed.
• I provided all required information including system and mpv version.
• I produced the log file with the exact same set of files, parameters, and conditions used in "Reproduction Steps", with the addition of --log-file=output.txt.
• I produced the log file while the behaviors described in "Actual Behavior" were actively observed.
• I attached the full, untruncated log file.
• I attached the backtrace in the case of a crash.

Start by reproducing the stutter on the Lenovo X390 Yoga with Intel UHD 620 using the linked sample file, then compare the attached output.txt with a pre-2023-09-24 mpv release. Check whether the behavior differs on the listed PC and GPU; done means playback no longer stutters on the affected laptop without regressing the working case.
