Description
Important Information
Windows 10 full-screen playback is stuck and not smooth
When I play a video in full screen on Windows 10, the screen freezes and is not smooth. When I exit full screen, there is no freeze. Similarly, when I use VLC to play the same video in full screen, the screen is very smooth.
Provide following Information:
- mpv version 0.37 latest build
- Windows Version Windows 10 21H2
- Source of the mpv binary
- If known which version of mpv introduced the problem
- GPU model, driver and version GT 610
- CPU I5 3210
- HARDDISK Western Digital mechanical hard drive 5400 rpm
- Possible screenshot or video of visual glitches
If you're not using git master or the latest release, update.

Reproduction steps
Try to reproduce your issue with --no-config first. If it isn't reproducible
with --no-config try to first find out which option or script causes your issue.
Describe the reproduction steps as precise as possible. It's very likely that
the bug you experience wasn't reproduced by the developer because the workflow
differs from your own.

Research direction
Start by reproducing fullscreen playback with --no-config and compare it with windowed playback on the reported Windows 10 setup. Collect the requested -v -v or --log-file=output.txt output and determine whether the issue can be reproduced reliably; the payload names no source file or test, and the report is complete only with a reproducible case and diagnostic log.
