Description
Feature that would allow image subtitles to be rendered at a higher/lower resolution. Would be mostly useful to avoid blurriness when using sub-scale above 1.

Research direction
Begin by locating mpv’s image-subtitle rendering and sub-scale handling; the issue names no files or tests. Clarify the expected higher- and lower-resolution behavior, especially for sub-scale above 1, then validate that subtitles avoid blurriness without regressing other scales.
