Reproduction steps
Drag sup file into mpv video and seek around the video, afterwards go back to start of the video and play. Subs tend to have mixing lines or be out of order.
Expected behavior
Subs be displayed properly.
Actual behavior
Subs are display out of order and/or with missing lines.

Problem is not present when the file is muxed in using mkvmerge.
