Description
OpenPup currently declares code-puppy>=0.0.547 and the uv lock resolves 0.0.548, while container builds opportunistically install 0.0.676.
Pin and lock the current release, verify the Codex image-generation plugin is available to the generated OpenPup agent when OAuth credentials are synced, rebuild, and run an end-to-end image generation smoke test.
