Description

We sometimes need to show a "teaser" or "eyebrow" above a main title, usually as some kind of context-setter to introduce the title that follows it. It might indicate a page category or classification, for example.

We have a design for this component, now we need to work out the specifics and implement it. These screenshots are of a colored/pill style variant and there's also a plain text version (which should probably be the default).

Research direction

Start by reviewing the two linked design screenshots and the repository's existing component patterns. Define the pre-heading component with plain text as the default and support the colored/pill variant shown; done means both variants match the designs and integrate consistently with the design system.
