Add data about actual values of 'record_in_processes` strings

The strings "all", and "all_childs" are valid for record_in_processes, but downstream dashboards or applications will never see "all" and may have to add special case logic to map that to the actual values they can receive. It would be helpful to add an item to the probe about what values these could actually be in the metrics.

E.g.

Review how probe data is scraped and published in the repository, then trace where record_in_processes values are represented in the output. Add the corresponding actual-values data alongside the existing field, and verify that the published probe data includes the expected values such as main, content, and gpu.
