Description
There is a limitation of the auth protocol we are using which doesn't allow a person to re-use an old email address with a different account. There is a good discussion about this at https://github.com/mozilla/fxa/issues/9517 and a dupe of the bug I'm filing now at https://github.com/mozilla/fxa/issues/518 .
I'm filing this here so we have a public place to point people because this comes up regularly.
