Description
Follow-up https://github.com/mozilla/bugbug/pull/6758#discussion_r3916594069
bugzilla.create_bug.extra and bugzilla.update_bug.changes currently accept arbitrary keys and values through dict[str, Any]. Unsupported fields, invalid types, and typos are recorded successfully and fail only when the action is applied. Validate these fields against Bugzilla’s accepted fields and types before recording.
